Topiary Lane provides management consulting, interim leadership and accounting and finance transformation services.
Engagements are guided by a statement of work outlining the scope of work agreed upon and based on established hourly rates. Hourly rates range from $125 for a consultant, $225 for a senior consultant and $375 for a principal consultant.
Topiary Lane is a small team of top performers in the accounting and finance space with deep experience and proven expertise in leading transformation. With backgrounds in business intelligence, financial planning and analysis, and accounting, the team collaborates and contributes as much or as little is needed based on the scope and goals of the engagement under the oversight of the principal consultant.

Erica Luna brings over a decade of leadership experience with a background in accounting and finance, operations and strategy to her current role as founder and principal consultant at Topiary Lane.
Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Cal State East Bay and an associate’s degree in accounting from DeAnza College. She is a certified specialist payment and reimbursement (CSPR) by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and three of their five children; two of the older ones no longer live at home. Erica enjoys dark roast coffee, red wine, cheering her little ones on in their sports and other activities and leaning into the adulting adventures of her young adult children.
